Occasionally your library may restrict your borrowing privileges as a result of fines or library fees. The library may also place a block on your account for other reasons. (For example, you may need to update your address.) You can view information about any bocks, fines, or other transactions that are currently affecting your borrower privileges.
To view your blocks or fines
Log in to your user account.
Click the My Account tab.
Click Blocks and Fines.
The library portal lists all the activities on your account, such as cancelled holds, overdue charges, address corrections, or other messages from the library.
When you are finished, log out of your user account.
