If you need to, you can change the personal information in your user profile. For security reasons, you must submit a request to your library in order to change your personal information.
To change your personal information
Log in to your user account.
Click the My Account tab.
Click Profile.
Click Request Change.
The library portal sends a message to the library staff indicating that you want to change your personal information. According to the policies and procedures of your individual library, library staff will contact you by phone, mail, or in person to change your personal information.
When you are finished, log out of your user account.
