For each item in a search results list, the library portal displays specific information (such as the item's title, author, publisher, publication date, call number, and status.) You can e-mail this information to any e-mail address.
To e-mail your search results
Search for a library item.
Choose the information that you want to include in the e-mail message:
To include information for all of the items listed, mark the Item box at the top of the results list:
To include information for only certain items, mark the box next to those items:
Click the Email
Selected icon:
The library portal displays the Email Selection window.
Enter the subject of the e-mail in the Subject field.
In the Email Address field, enter the e-mail address where you want to send the information.
Mark the format in which you would like the information to appear.
Click Send Email.
The library portal sends the search results to the e-mail address that you specified.
Note: This feature may not be available, depending on how your library sets up the portal. |
