Viewing your hold requests

The library portal lets you view a list of your local (your home library) or ILL (a remote library) hold requests that have been filled and are waiting to be picked up, as well as hold requests that are still pending. You can also cancel an existing hold request.

To view your hold requests

  1. Log in to your user account.

  2. Click the My Account tab.

  3. Click Hold Requests.

  4. Click View Local Holds (to view local hold requests) or View Remote Holds (to view ILL hold requests).

The library portal displays a list of the items ready to be picked up and a list of requested items that are not yet available.

  1. When you are finished, log out of your user account.

 

Note:  This feature may not be available, depending on how your library sets up the portal.
