Your profile may display your name, address, phone number, and other personal information depending on your library. (The personal information that is stored as part of your user profile is determined by your library's system administrator.)
To review your personal information
Log in to your user account.
Click the My Account tab.
Click Profile.
The library portal displays your personal information.
If the information is incorrect, you can submit a request to change it.
The library portal sends a message to the library staff indicating that you want to change your personal information. According to the policies and procedures of your individual library, library staff will contact you by phone, mail, or in person to change your personal information.
When you are finished, log out of your user account.
