Choosing browse list results to view in a summary list

From your browse search results list, you can choose one or more search results to view in a summary list. This enables you to see a summary list of titles that match your search.

Tip:  If you choose a single search result that refers to only a single item, the library portal displays detailed information about the item rather than first displaying the item in a summary list.

To choose browse list results to view in a summary list

  1. At the browse list of your search results, do one of these options:

  2. If you want to choose one search result, click the search result that you want.

  3. If you want to choose more than one search result, mark all of the boxes next to the results that you want and click Search Selected.

The library portal displays your choices in a summary list.

Note:  These features may not be available, depending on how your library sets up the portal.
