When you do a keyword search, the library portal displays a summary list of titles matching your search.
Tip: If your search returns only a single item, the library portal displays detailed bibliographic information about the item rather than first displaying the item in a summary list. |
For each library item in a summary list of titles, the library portal displays specific information such as the item's title, author, publication date, call number, and status.
After your search results are returned, you can:
View information for a specific item.
Request an item.
E-mail your search results.
Print your search results.
Add the item to My List.
If the search results are not what you want, you can do these tasks to find the item that you want:
Refine your search.
Try suggested search alternates.
Limit the search results.
Sort
the search results.
Note: These features may not be available, depending on how your library sets up the portal. |
