Your user account (called "My Account") is a collection of information specific to you and your library activity. It includes your user profile, items you have currently checked out, the status of any holds you have placed or hold requests that are pending, and fines or other blocks to your library account. To keep your information private, only you and your library can access your user account.
To view your account
Log in to your user account.
Click the My Account tab.
Click one of these links to see details about your user account:
Items Out. This link lets you view a list of library items that you have currently checked out. It also lets you see which items are overdue or lost. It also provides the option to renew checked out items before they are due.
Hold Requests. This link lets you view the status of library items that you have requested. You can also activate, suspend, or cancel a hold request.
Blocks and Fines. This link lets you view any fines, fees, charges, messages, or other information that might block your borrowing privileges.
Profile. This link lets you view or change information in your user profile. Your user profile is a record of contact information such as your name, home address, home telephone number, and e-mail address (optional).
Circulated Items. This link displays items that you have returned to your library and have been checked in to your library system.
Note: These features may not be available, depending on how your library sets up the portal. |
